Is it really random?
Yes. It uses the browser's cryptographic random numbers, so every eligible entry has the same chance.
Does it read comments from Instagram itself?
No: paste them in. That way it works for any platform, and nothing needs your login.
Do I need giveaway rules?
Usually, yes. Platforms expect you to say who can enter, that the platform isn't involved, and how winners are picked, and many countries have their own rules for prize draws. Check yours.
