What we collect
- Your account info — email address, name, profile image (from Clerk).
- Your content — forms, widgets, walls, and testimonials you create or that your customers submit through your forms.
- Aggregated usage — views and engagements on your public widgets/walls. We store totals, not per-visitor identifiers.
- Billing info — handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer ID and subscription state; we never see your card details.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell data to anyone.
- We don’t use your content to train AI models.
- We don’t set advertising cookies or trackers.
Where it lives
Application data: Neon (Postgres, US-East). Media uploads: Cloudflare R2. Blog content: Strapi hosted on Railway. Auth: Clerk. Billing: Stripe.
Your rights
Email hello@freqel.com to request a copy of your data, delete your account, or restrict processing. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one cookie: a session cookie from Clerk that keeps you logged in. That’s it.
Changes
We’ll post material changes here and email customers on file. Your continued use of Freqel after a posted change counts as acceptance.
