Which platforms does ManyChat support?
Five: Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Telegram. They're the platforms with a messaging API. YouTube, Threads, X and Bluesky aren't on the list, and ManyChat doesn't schedule posts.
ManyChat is a messaging tool. It connects to the platforms whose APIs allow automated messages:
- TikTok (not for accounts in the EU or UK)
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram
The others are missing for a reason:
- YouTube has no DMs at all.
- Threads has DMs in the app since July 2025, but its API has no messaging, so no outside app can send them.
- X charges per message and bans unsolicited automated DMs.
- Bluesky has a DM API, but by default people only accept messages from accounts they follow.
ManyChat also doesn't post content, so creators who use it usually pay for a separate scheduler.
