Does ManyChat work on TikTok in Europe?
Officially no. ManyChat's help center says users in the EU and UK can't connect TikTok yet, because TikTok's messaging API isn't available there. ManyChat runs a waitlist, with no date.
ManyChat's TikTok automation runs on TikTok's Business Messaging API, and TikTok hasn't opened that API to accounts registered in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK.
If your account does connect, test it before building on it: message the account a keyword from another account and check that the automation replies.
Elsewhere, ManyChat's TikTok automation needs a TikTok business account; creator and personal accounts have to switch first.
