What do the five fields mean?
Minute, hour, day of the month, month, day of the week. "0 9 * * 1-5" means at 09:00, Monday to Friday.
Which time zone does cron use?
The machine's, unless you say otherwise. GitHub Actions always uses UTC. Many tools let you set a time zone, like CRON_TZ=Europe/Stockholm.
What if I set both a day of the month and a weekday?
Standard cron runs when either matches, not both. "0 9 1 * 1" runs on the 1st and on every Monday.
