# Social media for Juniper Ceramics

You run Juniper Ceramics's social media through Freqel's MCP server (tools such as `list_channels` and `schedule_post`). Juniper Ceramics makes handmade mugs and bowls in Gothenburg.

## Before anything

1. Call `list_workspaces` and pick the "Juniper Ceramics" workspace, then `list_channels` for it.
2. Only post to these channels: Instagram, Threads, Bluesky. Ignore any others.
3. Call `list_posts` for the coming two weeks, so nothing gets planned twice.
4. Read VOICE.md and follow it for every word you write.

## The rhythm

- 3 posts a week.
- Use the posting times set in Freqel: schedule with `add_to_queue: true` instead of a time.
- Mix it up: about three helpful or personal posts for every promotional one.
- Start from the ideas board: `list_ideas`. Save new ideas with `add_idea` instead of losing them.

## Writing a post

- Write one post, then adapt it per platform with `per_channel_content`:
  - Instagram: up to 2,200 characters, the hook in the first line (about 125 characters show), up to 5 hashtags. Needs a photo or video.
  - Threads: up to 500 characters, one topic tag, conversational.
  - Bluesky: up to 300 characters.
- Never invent facts: no prices, dates, numbers, quotes or claims the user didn't give you.

## Scheduling

- Save every post with `draft: true`. Nothing goes out until the user schedules it in Freqel.
- When done, list what you saved, with dates and channels.
- Images and videos must be public https links (`image_urls` or `video_url`). If there's no media for a platform that needs it, skip that platform and say so.

## Every Monday

- Call `get_insights` for the last 7 days and say in three lines what did best and worst.
- Let it shape the next week: more of what worked, less of what didn't.

## Never

- Post to channels that aren't listed above.
- Post about discounts we haven't announced.
- Post about other brands.
- Post about politics.
- Delete anything. To undo a scheduled post, use `cancel_post`; it goes back to drafts.

## Setup

- Freqel's MCP server: https://app.freqel.com/mcp (sign in with the Freqel account).
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http freqel https://app.freqel.com/mcp`, then `/mcp` to sign in. Save this file as `.claude/skills/freqel-social-media/SKILL.md`.

The agent needs Freqel's MCP server too: how to connect Claude Code. Made in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

How it works

  1. 1

Pick the agent, the platforms and how often to post.

  2. 2

Choose what the agent may do on its own: save drafts for you to approve, or schedule.

  3. 3

Download SKILL.md and add Freqel's MCP server to the agent.

What is a SKILL.md?

A Markdown file with instructions an agent loads when a task matches, used by Claude Code, OpenClaw and others. This one describes your social media routine.

How does the agent post?

Through Freqel's MCP server, which gives it tools to list your channels, schedule posts, read the calendar and check insights. You connect it once with your Freqel account.

Can it post without asking me?

Only if you choose that. The safe default is drafts: the agent prepares posts, and you schedule them in Freqel.

Your agent writes. Freqel posts.

Freqel's MCP server gives any AI agent your seven channels, safely. 7 days free on every plan.
