Know when a channel needs reconnecting
If a platform signs Freqel out, the channel is flagged before your next post can fail.
Platforms sometimes expire access, for example after a password change. Freqel now checks each connection, refreshes it when it can, and flags the channel when you need to reconnect, so scheduled posts don't fail silently.
